Light Blue: Photo v1.1 beta in testing
Posted on Friday 27 March 2009
Since we launched Light Blue: Photo back in February, we've received a lot of feedback from users. We worked hard to make version 1.0 comprehensive, but we were never going to rest on our laurels; we've been beavering away to add some new features and remove a couple of gremlins which crept through our net.
Light Blue: Photo 1.1 beta is now with our testers; we'll be releasing the full version on Monday 6 April. It'll be free to upgrade from version 1.0, and we'll be keeping the price at £325 (including VAT), giving you great value for money.
Features of version 1.1 include:
- Improved installers, to get you up and running quicker and easier.
- An improved Quickfind box to work faster with large numbers of records.
- The ability to set the quality of web gallery images.
- Better display of information on the Summary screen.
- The ability to specify a primary contact for each shoot.
- A label printing option for the Shoots list view.
- An 'Add workflow' button on the 'To do' portal that allows you to add a workflow based on any date.
- The ability to print the master To do list from the Summary screen.
- New Quick Queries of 'Orders Awaiting Invoicing', 'Orders Awaiting Payment' and 'Orders Awaiting Shipping' to replace the 'Outstanding Orders' Quick Query.
Check back on 6 April to see for yourself how the new version of Light Blue: Photo can help make managing your studio a breeze.
