Light Blue 2026.1.2 release notes

We’ve just released Light Blue 2026.1.2, which is a minor update that adds new features and fixes bugs reported since we launched Light Blue 2026.1. It includes the following changes:

• When importing orders from ProSelect, any duplicates of the finish description (e.g. “4.0 x 6.0in / Lustre Lustre”) are automatically deduplicated.
• The “Add To Found Set -> Workflow” command now accurately lists the types of item that will be added in its confirmation dialog.
• Added a preference (in “General” -> “Home, Activity & Calendar”, under the “Activity Panel & Tasks” heading) for the “offer to create multiple emails when you’ve selected multiple contacts in the “Linked Records” panel and use the “create email from template” command” feature that was added in Light Blue 2026.1. It defaults to off.
• Fixed a bug where, when previewing at incoming data, paragraph text text fields would always show as modified if they contain more than one paragraph.
• Fixed a bug where the Inbox badge count could include shoots created as part of public proposals.
• Fixed a bug where the “Omit Record” command was no longer automatically selecting the next record in the current selection.
• Fixed a bug that could occur with saving some preferences for shared accounts.
