New Zapier actions open up new automation options
Light Blue’s Zapier integration allows you to build time-saving automations that can connect Light Blue to thousands of other apps and services. For example, you can link Light Blue to any of the accounting apps that have a Zapier integration, or leverage a powerful email marketing app while keeping Light Blue at the heart of your business.
We’ve just added a couple of new actions to our Zapier integration:
- The “Add Workflow to Contact” action opens up lots of exciting automation options, because workflows can contain scheduled tasks, emails, and text messages.
- The “Cancel Scheduled Items for Contact” action allows you tidy up tasks, emails, and text messages that have been scheduled for a contact. For example, if you’re using a marketing platform and a prospect has opted out of receiving further communications from you, you can use this action to cancel any outstanding items for that contact in Light Blue.
