Adding a workflow to several records at once

You can add a workflow to a found set of records (by either using a quick query or the query dialog) by clicking Records > Add to found set > Workflow:

By default, the workflow that you choose will be based relative to today’s date, but you can base the workflow around other dates as well, so be sure to choose the right “relative to” date when adding the workflow.
