Light Blue 2025.1.2 release notes

We’ve just released Light Blue 2025.1.2, which is a minor update that adds new features and fixes bugs reported since we launched Light Blue 2025.1. It includes the following changes:

• The Cloudflare Turnstile widget now only appears on protected forms if it has decided to challenge the user to prove they’re not a bot.
• Created “Add Workflow to Contact” and “Cancel Scheduled Items for Contact” Zapier actions.
• The option to mark an incomplete proposal as complete now does so by communicating with our servers, which allows it to create a quote, invoices, and send a confirmation email.
• When typing into the Supplier field in a purchase, if the query matches lots of contacts it’s now automatically limited to querying just for contacts with a type of “Supplier”, to make the autocomplete menu more useful.
• You can now use proposal published and expiry dates in queries, list view, and reports.
• Improved the formatting of quoted text when replying to an email.
• Added the price list product type and print size fields to the “Tidy Popup Menus” housekeeping tool.
• Removed thousands separators from currency values in CSV data exports, for better compatibility with third-party systems.
• When you’re using the “copy additional availability from/to another calendar” commands the current calendar shouldn’t be shown in the record selection window.
• Fixed a bug where branded emails containing 100% width images could overflow the right edge of the main content.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when running a flat-rate VAT scheme tax report on a period that contains more than four tax rates.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when trying to load macOS events into the calendar if the event’s calendar isn’t available.
• Fixed a bug where clicking on the scrollbar in list view didn’t work.
• Fixed a bug where the “Correct Spelling Automatically” option is not enabled in the HTML editor.
• Fixed a bug where inserting an email template before the quoted text in a reply to an email could insert the template in the wrong place.
